Aerus is an Air & Water Purification Company. We are hiring a Service Technician to join our team. Candidates must be confident in handling a multitude of tasks. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and their own transportation. To schedule an interview please call 207-622-0125 Responsibilities for Service Technician • Diagnose problems and come up with solutions to repair them. • Perform maintenance & provide customer support. • Educate client on how to use and maintain their device. • Order parts needed for repairs if needed. • Fill out detailed reports & keep records on services that have been performed. • Service Calls (scheduled & unscheduled) • Install new products and test them to ensure they are working correctly. • Coordinate with Service Manager & Office Manager on scheduled jobs • Assist with daily office tasks. • Assist walk in customers. • Schedule installs Qualifications for Service Technician • Ability to install, repair, service test and troubleshoot equipment. • Must be able to read diagrams. • Ability to work independently without much supervision. • Must be able to meet the physical requirement of the job which includes bending, lifting heavy equipment. • Ability to effectively manage time.
