Apartment complex is looking for a dedicated maintenance technician. Must have proven and tested plumbing experience as you will be doing extensive plumbing and renovations of apartments. Please do not apply if no plumbing experience replacing shutoff valves, copper with Pex and shark bite valves. Must have own tools and list them specifically.
