The story of an Amish girl who travels to Broadway in search of her calling and gifts. Being Amish sometimes didn’t come easy for Rachel Miller. Crooked quilts, burnt homemade bread and a small, quiet town have her longing to trade in “Amish apple dumplings” for the “Big Apple” in hopes of becoming a Broadway star. Knowing nothing of acting other than a few shows she had seen on bakery’s TVs, will Rachel find out that the lights of the concrete jungle don’t hold a candle to the life on the farm she wanted leave?
