The aim of the project is to share on a wider level, beyond my private clinical psychology practice, my knowledge and experience helping people to connect and be cared about. The sense of belonging is much more important to our survival than many of us realize; it is even more important than money. Because, a sense of belonging actually gives us the capacity to strive to “be”and “do.” So when we thrive we strive, basically, and it’s a dynamic process.
