Experienced maintenance and Landscape care for East County San Diego Home and Property. We are looking for a person with experience in the following: Landscape maintenance, Tree trimming, lacing, mowing, edging and general lawn care. Knowledge of irrigation and sprinkler systems, Repair, installation and timers. Equipment care and use of small equipment: Mowers, Blowers, chainsaws, edging equipment. Some Electrical, plumbing and carpentry knowledge is a real plus. Horse feeding, Stall cleaning normally one day a week. Barn, House and garage maintenance and up keep. Fix it jobs when necessary. Keeping all areas of the property organized and clean. The position requires a person who has organization skill, is self-motivated and has a good work ethic, good at taking instruction and comes to work on time with a good attitude. Works well with others. Must have your own good transportation. $15 to $17 5 or 6 days a week. Working Saturday, a must.
