Rosenberg, CLU®, ChFC®, CFP®, CPA (inactive), MSFS, AEP® from the San Fernando Valley General Office of New York Life has received the Agent of the Year Award for 2020. He is recognized as the company member who has achieved the top production among all agents at the company’s San Fernando Valley General Office, spanning from the San Fernando Valley to Santa Maria. Since 1986, Rosenberg has worked as a standout agent at the New York Life Insurance Company where he continues as a member agent of The Nautilus Group® and the Nautilus Plus inner circle, a service of New York Life Insurance Company that is limited to an exclusive group of the company's insurance professionals. “We applaud Mitch for this achievement,” said Kevin Boland, managing partner of the San Fernando Valley General Office. “Being acknowledged as the Agent of the Year is a significant accomplishment. In addition to this recent award, Mr. Rosenberg has achieved “Top of the Table” status in the Million Dollar Roundtable (MDRT) which is the highest level of MDRT membership and places him among the top professionals among the global life insurance and financial services industry. He also is a Qualifying and Life Member at MDRT. MDRT is widely recognized as the standard of excellence in life insurance sales performance. Outside of work, Rosenberg dedicates significant time to his community. He is a current member and former president of both the Conejo Valley Estate Planning Council and the Woodland Hills Estate and Tax Planning Council. He is also an active volunteer and fundraiser for Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, and a member of the Cancer and Blood Diseases Advisory Board. Earning his B.S. in Finance and Accounting in 1983, Rosenberg went on to help found the Los Angeles Chapter of the Haas School of Business for the UC Berkeley Alumni Network.
