Do you enjoy working with kids? Passionate about sports, nutrition, or healthy living? Need volunteer hours? Join us for 4-H Teen Teachers! Do you enjoy working with kids? Are you passionate about sports and nutrition or wanting to learn about healthy lifestyle choices? Do you need to earn volunteer hours this summer? If so, come join us this summer with 4-H Teen Teachers! You are registering for the required training being held on June 8th from 9:30 AM - 3:30 PM. Once you complete the training, you will have the opportunity to sign up for volunteer dates throughout June and July. All teens entering 9th grade through 2021 graduates are eligible to participate. WHY SHOULD I DO THIS? Gain leadership skills and build your resumeEarn volunteer hours towards Bright FuturesProvide young children with fun and educational activities all summer longEarn opportunities to win prizes and attend state and national 4-H events for FREE! WHAT WILL I BE DOING? Teen Teachers will be part of the Tiny Market and Soccer for Success programs and will facilitate lessons, games and activities for younger children. The program will take place on select dates throughout the summer.
