Fairbank’s Contracting & Development, LLC is looking for highly qualified tradesman for work in the Phoenix Metro area. As a tradesman you will play a significant part in the success for Fairbank’s Contracting & Development. You will function as a skilled worker that specializes in multiple commercial trades as necessary to complete a small TI project or work that arises in-between subcontracted trades or project punch out tasks. Candidates should have experience in at least three of the following trades: • Concrete • Carpentry • Doors and Frames • Steel Stud Framing Drywall • Tile Work/Flooring • Painting • Stucco • Electrical • Plumbing • Swimming Pools We are a Gilbert Arizona based general construction company looking for professional, well-spoken, full-time skilled tradesman to start immediately. Proficiency in steel stud/drywall, multiple texture styles, paint, trim and other interior trades is preferred. Please submit your resume or description of experience. Compensation starts at $25/hour based on experience and includes a company truck.
