Painting, Patching handyman

Looking for 1 or 2 people who can clean out units, Patch walls, and and prime and paint units, on the west side and have handy man skills. Some wall paper removal at times, I have different places and units that could use repairs, and make rent ready or repairs. Must have transportation, and basic hand tools (paint brushes etc) if intrested please send reply to my add.. can use someone sooner than later, I pay weekly 1099 I pay by the hour I have others that work with me. please include the following info years of exp, painting etc can u do drywall repair tape and finish what hourly wage your looking to start at when are you able to start skill set, over all in all around unit repairs, what area of cleveland do you live in, would be better if someone was on west side, would be working closer to home, and contact info so I can text or call you Thanks so much
