- many folks who don't feel comfortable and don't know where to begin
- many folks who workout often but need the extra push to reach goals
- many folks who do not enjoy working out but need too
- many folks who go to the gym often but get nothing out of it

I am still pretty fresh to the PNW area, originally from the Carolinas. I have over 10 years as a health professional/trainer and education in Kinesiology & Human Performance. I'm easy to get along with. I will push you as well as encourage you.
