Property Management Company seeking qualified Maintenance Technician to cover several properties around Los Angeles Job Duties: - Completing Unit Turns - Take care of and complete daily work orders - Plumbing tasks such as installing and fixing faucets, sinks, toilets etc. - Electrical tasks such as installing and fixing light fixtures, replacing outlets, etc. - Light painting and drywall repairs - Installing new apartment appliances and minor troubleshooting - Take direction for the Maintenance Supervisor - Cover the driving area of primarily of Central Los Angeles - Will occasionally go to properties in Pasadena, Highland Park, Manhattan Beach Must Have: - 5+ years of experience as a Property Maintenance Technician - Extensive experience completing unit turns - Experience with most major trades (plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry) - Able to work independently as well as with a team member - Reliable vehicle - Provide basic hand tools Job Details: - Rate: 25/hour - Work Week: M to F - Hours: 7am to 3:30pm - This a long term opportunity
