NW Employment Solutions needs 15+ full-time ENTRY LEVEL swing shift ORDER SELECTORS immediately for a well-known brand new distribution center in CANBY, OR. This is a temporary OR temp-to-hire position with a logistics company that supplies beverages to the PDX Metro Area. Previous experience is nice, but not required. START IMMEDIATELY! Position: Order Selector/Material Handler Location: Canby, OR Days: Sunday - Thursday, Likely Friday & Saturday OT Shifts: Swing Shift: 4:30pm – 1:00am (8-12 hr shifts daily) Rate of Pay: $17 to start – WEEKLY PAY! Duration: Temp-To-Hire or Temporary (both options available). Company offers health benefits, PTO, and an immediate raise upon hire. Duties: --Picking beverage orders and placing the correct pallets on trucks --Perform all duties related to shipping, receiving, put-away, replenishment, picking, loading, rotation, check-in, repacking, and security of products. --Any other duties required Requirements: --Must be able to frequently stand, bend, lift, and reach to perform necessary job functions and tolerate repetitive work. Must also be able to lift 50lbs regularly. --Must be comfortable with fast paced work and working within a team --Must have a strong work history, even if no logistics, order selecting, or warehouse experience. Good attendance is essential for this role. --This role mostly operates indoors with occasional outdoor work. Non-slip shoes required. --Must be 18 or older and have either a HS Diploma or GED.
