Supplement your income while working for a wonderful family owned and operated 55+ Manufactured Home Park. We are in need of a part time Groundskeeper/Maintenance/Janitorial team member. This part time schedule will consist of Mondays, Tuesdays, & Wednesdays from 8am to 4:30pm with the possibility of additional hours when needed. Work ethic is imperative, you’ll need to take direction well and have a friendly demeanor towards our residents and staff. This is a physical job, heavy lifting is required. Duties include but are not limited to: -Assisting maintenance staff with various duties & maintenance requests -Household garbage pick-up for approximately 200+ homes -Debris pick up (yard debris & construction debris) -Mowing, blowing, edging, curb appeal -Cleaning Rec Hall, bathrooms, misc. cleaning -Completing resident maintenance requests in a timely manner -Completing or assisting with all Park projects as needed A valid driver’s license is required.
