Lost a purple folder with PASSPORT inside

On Mar. 19, my purple hospital binder (received from Adventist Health White Memorial Hospital) was lost when I left White Memorial Hospital at 1:30 PM. My Chinese PASSPORT, as well as all the birth documents of my newborn baby, were in the binder. Could you please email me if you have any info?
