Roofing Laborer Needed

I am looking for a roofing Laborer for my small roofing company. Driving license is a must because we work all over Massachusetts. Wages will depend on experience and dedication. I am very busy right now and if things work out it could turn into a full time job for the right guy. Please note that this post is looking for a laborer and not a roofer. Duties will include things like ripping, lugging, cleaning, etc., But not installing roofing.
