I'm a busy contractor looking for immediate labor and well-equipped subcontractors. We work on residential properties only, performing basic punch and paint, landscaping, door replacements, light plumbing and electrical, etc. The list goes on and on. Subs will need to have full turn key capabilities, tools, experience, and vehicles. For those seeking hourly rate, please have basic hand tools to perform general residential work. I have properties all over Charlotte and surrounding areas, so I'm looking for people that can work without constant supervision and have mature attitudes.
