MN Delivery Solutions is hiring for a local greenhouse in the southeast metro, and we are looking for experienced dock truck Delivery Drivers and Order Pickers to join their staff for 4-6 weeks from mid April to the end of May. Pay: Order Pickers: $15/hr Drivers: $17-18/hr Schedule: From the first week to middle of April until the end of May [Please note: this is a temporary, seasonal position] Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM Flexible schedule possible, but preference is for full time applicants. Over Time hours usually available. Job Description: Order Pickers pull plant orders, and prepare them for shipment. Order Picker Qualifications: • Ability to work on your feet, and pull orders at a steady rate • Ability to read and communicate in English to pull orders from a "pick list" • Ability to pass a drug test Drivers will pick up and deliver plant orders to customers around the Minneapolis and St Paul metro area and sometimes 1-2 hours from the greenhouse. Driver Qualifications: • No CDL required, but must have a DOT health card (or the ability to obtain one) • Ability to operate a truck with a lift gate • Good driving record • Operate a 26' dock truck safely • Ability to pass a drug test ALL POSITIONS require a positive, upbeat attitude. All new employees must pass a drug test. The dress code is relaxed (jeans and t-shirts) but conservative.
