We're looking for someone to permanently fill the evening warehouse position with our company. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to grow, benefits, paid holidays off, vacation pay, and more. We are a family-owned and oriented business serving the wholesale foodservice industry since 1946. We primarily sell packaging, disposables, take out products to restaurants and other foodservice establishments in the Long Island, Brooklyn, Queens area. Job Requirements: - Ability to read and write in English - Ability to lift 50 lbs and carry it 100 feet (Most of our stuff isn't this heavy) - RELIABLE, punctual & focused - Clean and valid drivers license a plus but not required Job Description: - Pick orders and load them onto company trucks - Move trucks when necessary (N/A without a clean valid driver’s license) - Put away stock into the warehouse - Other general warehouse duties Hours: Full-Time Sunday: 4:00 pm until trucks are loaded. Monday-Thursday 3:00 pm until trucks are loaded. *(Loading is usually complete, around 11 pm-12 am, sometimes later during the busy season, sometimes earlier, depending on the day of the week and season).
