Handyman needed for painting, minor electrical

Hi, I'm looking for a handyman that can do the following - Painting (walls, trim, and ceiling). Must have an 8 or 9 foot ladder. There are 3 rooms and a small bathroom to paint. - Minor electrical (i.e. replace the fan, replace receptacle/light switch) - Light replacement We can supply the paint and if needed the brushes/rollers. Let me know what your hourly rate is and availability.
