Clean-up, loading, lanscaping help needed

Looking for short term help for larger project. Duties will include minor demolition, loading vehicles for transportation, cleaning out garbage/scrap, and unloading vehicles after a move/cleanup, or commercial real estate. Job will also include spring landscaping help, mulch, raking. Will be needed 4 days per week, 7-2 must be reliable and ambitious, as well as capable of carrying 50 pounds or so.
