Description
We have a house we're buying and its closing is contingent on the appraisal.
However talented and dedicated we are, we have full-time jobs and three children that make it difficult to get things done at a reasonable pace.
We need someone skilled and efficient to help with the following small projects:
* Painting
* Installing trim
* Yard maintenance
* Light hauling
* Garage cleanup
* General housekeeping
This is a one-time position, but if the person hired is good then it may turn into a long-term collaboration as we continue to renovate the property. For example, we may need help completing our privacy fence installment this spring/summer.
Our deadline to have everything staged is Monday night (3/29)/Tuesday morning (3/30). Having a truck isn't necessary but is preferred. Must be able to lift at least 50-80 pounds, show up on time, and work with many distractions. If you have questions, feel free to reach out.
