Found small dog

Description

Found a small brown dog about a week ago and have not had any luck finding his owners. I absolutely cannot keep him any longer unfortunately as I am getting ready to leave the state. Hoping to find his owner with this post or at least someone willing to take him in as a foster. Found on Hartman and e 39th.
