Must be able to follow directions and communicate in English Hard worker and willing to learn Ability to lift 50 lbs Ability to learn the following: Perform groundskeeping and maintenance duties. Cut lawn using hand, power or riding mower and trim and edge around walks, flower beds, and walls. Blow off walkway of debris. Cut down tree limbs that are posing a danger. Trim/prune shrubs and trees Experience with mowing, trimming, pruning, mulching helpful but no experience necessary.. Experience working with lawn mowers, blowers, push mowers and other maintenance equipment helpful. Able to work 40 hours per week with some Saturdays mandatory. Overtime is available Willing to train. Landscape by planting flowers, grass, shrubs, and bushes Hours: Monday through Friday 7:00 am till 3:30 pm or job is complete. Weather may play a factor for this position.
