Description

The qualified individual will communicate and distribute daily workload requirements to the team, monitor workflow and enforce safe practices for team members. Additionally, they will be responsible for training and providing support to the Supervisor. Job Duties & Responsibilities •Oversee day-to-day teams’ operation and performance. •Assist Supervisor with training, documentation and special projects. •Promote a safe and motivating workplace and atmosphere. •Delegate tasks and assignments to teams. •Provide feedback and coach team members to ensure productivity and quality. •You will be required to work overtime as business needs require, especially during our peak season in November and December. Qualifications & Physical Requirements •Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced team environment. •Must be able to demonstrate leadership to team members on various projects. •Strong verbal and written communication skills. •Self-motivated and able to work with little or no supervision while leading a team. •Strong computer skills needed. •Previous warehouse/distribution experience using a warehouse management system is required. •Must be able to lift and carry/move up to 50 lbs. •Ability to communicate in both English and Spanish is preferred, but not required.
