Special needs doctor recommendations

Hello I am searching for a doctor who has worked with the special needs. My brother is blind and nonverbal. He is 34 and is very troubled mentally. We have yet to find a doctor who can help us. If you know of anyone who could help us let me know. We are in Auburn but we will drive hours to find help for him. Thank you, Please help.
