Applicant Requirements - - MUST HAVE A RELIABLE VEHICLE for getting to/from job locations. - Must be willing to do all of the tasks outlined in this post. - Must be able-bodied (enough to do all the tasks outlined). - Must be able to self-manage his/her time. - Must be reliable. If you have any unexcused absences within your first 30 days, you will be terminated. - Must be ok to work without micro-management and take constructive criticism. - Must speak English About Us - We're a small local business that owns/runs a Janitorial company, a Window Cleaning company, a Software company, & a few other small organizations. We've been in business for 4+ years. We are a close-knit team of hard-working, motivated individuals that value working together to build better lives for ourselves and our employees. About the Position - We have two night shift FULL-TIME (30-40 hrs/wk) Janitorial Cleaning position available (or a few part time positions if we break things up). The job duties are perfect for a night owl that would like to get their work done with minimal interactions with customers/clients (though you could work alongside a co-worker here and there). Pay - $15 to $20 per hour (Depending on past experience and/or first 3-month performance on the job). We are willing to quickly increase pay for motivated, capable, reliable, and hardworking people! We are also willing to pay on a per-account basis, eventually. If paying by account, after doing the math, you could make as much as $20 to $25 per hour (if you get fast and efficient). Duties - Work primarily happens between 7PM and 9AM. Shifts are typically 7-9 hours long. The job requires - wet mopping floors, - dry mopping/sweeping, - vacuuming, - wiping/dusting tabletops/counters/walls/vents/etc., - spot sweeping, - taking out the trash, - replacing perishables such as toilet paper/paper towels/etc., - cleaning bathroom toilets/sinks/fixtures.
