Hello, my name is Ric and I live in the Lynnhaven development in Apex, off 10-10 Road. I am looking to get some price quotes for some handy-man, construction type work that I would like to do on my house. I have (5) dormers that need to be resided and the stripping replaced around some of the windows. Please refer to the photos. Each dormer side has (9) boards that go from a tiny triangle up to the top. I will need only boards 1-7 replaced on each as the top two boards seem OK all around. Only (1) of the dormers needs to have all (9) boards on each side replaced. There is also some dormer edging replacement and some window edging replacement necessary. I would be glad to detail that aspect to any interested contractor via email or you are welcome to swing by and take a look in person. I will supply the boards (HardiPlank HZ10 5/16” X 8.25”) as they will need to be pre-painted. I will also supply boards for the dormer edging and window frame work that I need done. You will need to supply labor as well as whatever fasteners (nails, adhesive) and sealing that you think necessary. Pricing is a consideration as well as references.
