Salty Hair Band - Looking for Musicians

I've played guitar and bass and handled a fair share of the vocals locally for about 24 years. As part of the original duo at Ferg's 30 years ago, I played with my band continuously until about 5 years ago. I miss playing and began putting together the Salty Hair idea about a year ago. Here is the bottom line. I am not looking to play every weekend. A few weekends a month is good for me. Hey, one month maybe two one month four one month zero? I am looking to find good musicians that want to play music that is simply fun. Salty Hair is the idea. Beachy, sing-along stuff that people love. Sure Buffett, Chesney, and Zac Brown fit that mold but so do the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Barenaked Ladies, Matchbox 20, Seger, Men at Work, Petty, Marley, and on and on. All fun, all in play. I play guitar but played bass in my last band (Folk University). I have a bass player that is top-notch and in a popular band that tours the state so I can shift or if there are bass players out there please reply as well. So if you are looking for a duo/trio maybe a four-piece, please let me know. I drink beer and love to sing. I would prefer everyone sing as I believe harmonies are the key. I am not looking to run the band and think we all should play a part in that. I look forward to hearing from you.
