Warehouse Full-Time Job Description We are hiring a full-time (40hrs+) warehouse associate at our warehouse. The work is pretty straightforward and repetitive but does require some finesse. Training will be provided. Work environment is casual and most of the work can be done while listening to music, books, podcasts etc. We expect you to be: -Very Responsible -A Self-Starter -Organized -Detail oriented Benefits include: -Flexible schedule – you set your own hours -Be apart of a young fast growing company -Results oriented pay promotions with 6 month reviews -Sick & Vacation time -OT optional during busy season (Summer) -Monthly Check Ins with every team member for how work environment can improve -Free Coffee, Snacks, &Water Full-time: 40 hours per week Tasks: • Product Assembly o Assembling and packaging over 30 different products – all products are lightweight but some require many steps whereas some are very basic o Product assembly must be done to very high standards o Product assembly must be done at an efficient pace with systems oriented thinking • Boxing units o All assembled units are packed into boxes that ship to fulfillment centers o Boxes are packed to be no more than 50 lbs o Must configure shipping plans and label boxes appropriately • Unloading shipments o 1-6 times a month we unload 20’ or 40’ trucks full of supplies. Boxes are under 50 lbs. Unloads typically take 1-4 hours.
