Local Remodeling and Restoration Contractor has an immediate opening for a full-time Working Foreman PLEASE NOTE: APPLICANT MUST SUBMIT A RESUME & REFERENCE TO BE CONSIDERED Applicant should possess the following Minimum Qualifications: *Minimum 5 years of experience in Construction *Be proficient in most trades (Light Electrical, Light Plumbing, Drywall, Paint, Finish Carpentry, Etc.) *Knowledge of construction methods *Able to physically perform all phases of construction *Able to manage other employees as needed *Able to meet timelines *Works independently as well as with other employees Preferred qualifications: *Experience in Remodeling & Restoration Projects *Ability to think and react quickly under pressure *Demonstrate leadership qualities *Ability to deal with unforeseen challenges and variety of personality types *High level of customer service *Ability to work alone or with a team Essential Duties and Responsibilities: *Understanding digital documents associated with the job including scheduling calendar, to-do list, and daily updated notes *Review the Projects Scope of work with the Project Manager. *Manage Punch List and Materials List For The Following Days Project Compensation Package Will Include: *Competitive Salary *Work Vehicle *Gas Card *Health & Dental Insurance *Paid Holidays & Sick Time
