The role of Service Repair Foreman is responsible for crew safety and performance, while ensuring their jobs is brought in a timely manner and on budget. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES · Managing crew and scheduling · Ability to communicate with clients and manager · Strong leak investigation skills · Daily time sheets, work-orders /before & after pictures · Ability to train others · Ability to track materials and labor to stay on or under budget · Safety / to ensure that the work is completed in a safe manor · Ability to create a change order when scope of work changes in field with manager · Assist the Project Manager in the coordination and purchase of material and schedule for delivery. QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS · Minimum of three years’ experience in the commercial roofing and construction industry EPDM, PVC, TPO, BUR & Metal Roofs · Proven ability to manage people to create a positive work environment · Clean driving record, able to drive company vehicle · Requires excellent organizational, written and verbal skills · Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook and Word, and phone/iPad auditing software · Bilingual preferred · Occasional nights and weekends We offer Company Benefits We offer a Competitive Salary FW Walton is an Equal Employment Opportunity.
