A Maintenance Technician repairs and maintains of all company equipment, structures and furnishings as well as performs assignments directed by the General Manager assuring quality, timeliness and cost effectiveness. Work Experience Perform general, preventive and emergency maintenance Scheduling and planning skills in order to perform multiple projects Seek and suggest cost saving strategies Ensure all company equipment, material, structure and furnishings are repaired and maintained in a timely manner Complete projects ad directed (including but not limited to: painting, drywall patching, general carpentry, and general plumbing). Assure grounds and landscaping are clean and "guest ready" Must be able to pull/push/lift up to 40 pounds on a consistent basis Must be able to work varying shifts and time schedules as needed including weekends and holidays Must have reliable transportation Must be on call 24/7 with on call incentive Must log all maintenance issues and preventative maintenance into Quore Please attach resume when contacting via email.
