I purchased a new home from Fecteau mobile homes.... DON"T you make the same mistake!~! I have received poor service and their customer skills are nonexistent. Place your faith elsewhere, please do not purchase from them, for your sake They have a reputation for letting warranty claims go to the" far left", and they did so. You will have to hire your own contractor to fix your home... I would never ever refer/reference this organization to any one I know. I know I am not alone, there are a lot of people in the mobile home parks who have complained and shared their issue about Fecteaus with me as well. In our general opinion this what they want... : they want to commandeer these parks,, to be owned/co owned by themselves, and to have the homeowners struggle, therefore... you are now at their mercy..., Please for your sake, SHOP ELSEWHERE, never ever so disappointed.
