Cleanpower is looking to add to their janitorial team in Madison. The following part time positions are available: Madison East: Monday thru Friday from 4p-7p, $11 per hour. Working is off East Washington Ave. This position is working with 3 other cleaners. We are looking for someone that likes change. This position requires cleaning a different bldg each night, Monday thru Friday, on the east side. $15 per hour. Madison Downtown: Monday thru Friday from 4:30p-7:30p, 11 per hour. Work is off Mifflin St by the capital square. This position is working in a team. Cleaning a bank alone after 6:30p, Monday thru Friday. Work is 2-3 hours a night. This position has a flexible start time! 1 position is near State St. Duties will include: Emptying trash/recycling and taking to dumpsters Cleaning restrooms, offices, floors, walls, stairs, etc. Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, scrubbing, wiping surfaces, other general cleaning duties as needed/assigned Using tools/equipment such as ladders, brooms, wide mops, dust mops, mops, vacuum cleaners, etc. Successful candidates will possess the following minimum qualifications: Previous experience cleaning helpful but not required Team-oriented mentality A positive, professional, demeanor required at all times Ability to follow directions in a fast-paced environment HOURS DAILY/WEEKLY VARY PER POSITION.
