Re homing Queensland heeler

Hello. I am re homing my beautiful Queensland heeler she’s about 1 years old. She needs to be somewhere that she has a lot of space to run (ex. Ranch, woods, etc. ) she is a very sweet girl once she gets comfortable with you. She has aggression which i think comes from frustration. Which is why she’s not happy where she is my place just isn’t big enough for her. Breaks my heart to have to give her up but she’s not happy where she is. She needs home where there is NO children, dogs, or cats. I will have a small rehoming fee just to make sure she will be safe. I would also like to visit the property and make sure it will be safe for her. She is crate trained(which I will also supply) and potty trained but would obviously need to be showed where it’s ok for her at a new place.
