I want to build a kid/family- friendly arcade, asking for help raising startup $

It seems that today arcades fall in one end of the scale of either barcades or Chuck E. Cheese. I haven’t seen one with old school (ie pacman) games that isn’t attached to a bar or something. My goal is to start one. Just an arcade, no alcohol served, no bowling alley, where parents would enjoy themselves too, and feel safe saying “go play.” to their kids. If I’m able to do this, I’d eventually like to offer the opportunity to play older consoles as well, like classic Nintendo or snes.
