Full time maintenance man at hotel

We are a 40 unit hotel on the beach in Daytona Beach, and are looking to hire a full time maintenance worker responsible for the following: - building repairs (plumbing issues, light electric, replace doors, AC units, etc) - janitorial tasks (trash, common area clean up) - light landscaping (mow, trim, plant) We are a fun hospitality company with 9 locations throughout Florida, California and North Carolina. Looking for an easy going happy personality team member who is skilled at maintenance, reliable and a hard worker. Can offer a full 40 hours per week on W2 payroll or as a 1099. Can do minimum 30 hours per week if you can't do 40.
