We maintain foreclosed homes around the South East of GA and need to bring on additional help completing basic landscaping, handyman, and odd job work around the Waycross and Valdosta areas. We have active work in Waycross (near the Heritage Center) and looking for help to complete a grass cut (20000ish sq ft, grass several inches tall) and a basic maid refresh (broom sweep the home and quick dusting/wipe down of the counters, sinks, tubs, ect, any "heavily soiled" items will not be cleaned and instead bided separately). The payout for this job is $75 that will be paid out via ACH within 48 hrs of the job being completed, normal pay periods are the 8th and 23rd but this job is approved for immediate payout. If everything goes smoothly we will have more (continuous similar) work on this property as well as other foreclosed homes around Waycross and Valdosta if interested.
