JLE TruckWash is urgently hiring Wash Associates to work at our mobile truck washing sites in the Portland Metro & SW Washington area. The person in this role will be part of a small semi-truck washing team. This role requires that you show up to our start location in NE Portland and travel to the assigned sites via company vehicle as scheduled by management on a daily basis. No experience is needed and we provide on the job training. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Serve customers by providing high quality truck washing services - Efficiently and safely wash units and care for equipment - Cooperate with team members to ensure washing quotas are met - Be able to fill out time sheet, work orders, and required paperwork in a timely and legible manner - Help maintain washbay cleanliness by assisting team members to clean up regularly - Clean units in accordance with company standards - Follow safety procedures without exception - Be willing to take the lead on jobs when needed QUALIFICATIONS: - $17/hr Base Pay - Additional $2/hr for work done on weekends - Valid Driver's License - Clean driving record for 3 years - Pass a DOT Physical - Able to work in inclement weather - Can lift 50 lbs on a regular basis - Able to work independently BENEFITS: - PTO - 6 Paid Holidays - Flexible Schedules (Full Time & Part Time Options Available) - Professional Development - Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision) - Leadership Opportunities - OT available but not required Apply today!
