Hood Pro Painting LLC, an expanding, locally owned residential painting company that is looking to add painters/apprentices to our team. Job duties and responsibilities: * Interior and exterior residential painting * Spray, roller and brush experience * Masking and finish prep work * Fine finish application Qualifications: * Willing to work as a team player and communicate with co-workers, supervisors and customers. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. * Willing and able to follow directions. * Eager to learn and improve skills. * Able to pass a drug test. Positions: * Painting apprentice pay $32k-$37k/year (depending on experience) * Painter pay $40k-$50k/year (depending on experience) * Crew Leader pay $50k-$53k/year (depending on experience) Hours: * Typically Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm (or 7:00am-3:30pm during summer) * NO WORKING WEEKENDS! Bonuses: * Hiring Referral Bonus $1,000 * Customer Referral Bonus * Production Bonus
