Job Description: Under the direction of the Housekeeping Supervisor, the Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the operations of the housekeeping department, and providing leadership to team members OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE Ensure's our units, Lodge and public areas are impeccably clean and in 5 star condition, completely stocked with amenities, house wares, linens and accessories. Controls and orders the inventory of cleaning supplies, cleaning equipment, linen, laundry supplies, laundry equipment, Residence Club and Lodge amenities, housewares, and facility supplies biweekly ensuring adequate inventory for one to two months at all times. Inspects in great detail, document the results of inspections and address housekeeping and maintenance issues. Create and update protocols, training manuals, daily checklists, hazardous communication plans, and instructions for housekeepers, housemen and laundry staff. QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma, plus 1-3 years of experience demonstrating increased housekeeping responsibilities in the hospitality industry.
