Position Overview Responsible for serving as the primary contact person for the assigned trade installation crew and is to direct work processes while at the job sites. The position works with the install team to install new Pella windows and doors in new construction and replacement applications and will be involved in recovery situations. The Lead Installer also strives and inspires others to achieve and maintain 100% “Very Satisfied” customers. Participates with members of the management team in developing strategies to ensure the business's continued growth and profitability. Works with other business leaders to improve the overall customer experience. The ideal candidate will reside in the local area. Relocation benefits are not available. Responsibilities/Accountabilities include the following but not limited to Responsible for supervising the daily work of non-exempt employees on the job site.
