Disabled person seeks tax help

My name is Jeff, and I have diagnosed disabilities. I'm seeking help in preparing my very simple taxes. I haven't gotten any of the economic recovery checks yet, and I need to collect them as well. If you can help me do this for free for both the state of Oregon and Federal. I haven't filed taxes in a long time, and I don't feel like I understand the forms well enough on my own to do it myself.
