Why do we continue to take these criminals alive? He was caught in the act, we know he did it. Swat should take him out and save all of us the expense and headache of a trial. Not a question of if he did it. To say that we have to take into account his mental state, well he demonstrated that fact for us, no need for a trial. He has no redeeming value to society. A.50 bullet is cheaper and easier than a trial and housing him forever. Who really cares why he did what he did? Do we really think knowing why will prevent some other nut case from doing the same thing? The media wants it so they can dwell on it for weeks, try and use it for a reason to ban guns. How about we ban criminals?
