Independent Mortgage Inspections is hiring sub contractors to perform mortgage inspection in and around the Scranton area[ see map PS Z5] these are visual inspections, conducted during daylight hours, to verify residential property occupancy and condition. Applicant must be highly organized and self- motivated. This is a 1099 position. Requirements; Available during daylight hours, use Samsung Galaxy or I phone 8 or above, reliable vehicle, computer, printer, scanner. Must pass background check
