Wonderful opportunity and rare openings available! I have relocated to Bend Oregon from Portland Oregon where I had a successful in my home nanny share. I work with up to 4 families at a time and provide a safe, intimate, and quality service for your children. Benefits include a round the clock teammate! Unlike a daycare I am available to help you outside of regular care hours. Emergency care, date night care, maybe just to come together and figure out the best way to potty train specifically your toddler or sleep train your infant. It’s a community, it takes a village type of environment. Safe and small groups allow your child to receive safe and not overwhelming socialization! This allows less sickness to float around your kiddo, keep them growing, learning and socializing in a much safer setting where they also create bonds to the kids they spend time with. Schedule- a setting like mine allows for a less strict schedule. I absolutely believe in naps and a routine, however with babies and toddlers we all know sometimes this is impossible. So I am able to get to know each child’s needs to meet those vs a daycare who for toddlers have a one nap a day during a scheduled time policy. There are so many benefits I have seen first hand in my previous nanny share experience. Having the same group of kiddos for two years I saw first hand what a difference it can make to have this routine safe place to go each day where they feel safe and excited to be. A good fit for my family and yours is ideal. I work with like minded parents and families only, it’s important for this to be successful that we have a comfortable and open relationship. It is important that you as a parent believe in routine but also believe toddlers need flexibility. It is important that you as a parent believe in rules, but also believe children have big big emotions that sometimes have to come first before structure.
