Written by a guy who was 3 when Reagan was president. The Reagan years was a terrible time to be a young person trying to raise a family. Reagan cut taxes till the country was broke. Then had to raise them higher than before. He tripled the national debt. Unemployment and inflation were rampant. Interest rates were 20 percent to buy a car. 10 percent for a house.. Nancy ran the White House because Ronny had lost his mind. Get real! Typical Republican President. Then we had Bush. So for a total of 12 years America was screwed. Thank goodness, Bill Clinton was elected and we had 8 good years. Always takes a Democrat to fix the economy, always has always will. The only thing good about the eighties was Dean Martin and Frank Sinatra.
