CLASS A or B CDL DRIVER Quality Tire Recycling, LLC. a wholly owned subsidiary of Liberty Tire Recycling has an immediate opening for a Class A or B CDL Route Driver at our Jackson, GA facility. Liberty Tire Recycling is the premier company in the tire recycling industry, helping customers meets their environmental goals by collecting and recycling nearly half of North America's scrap tires through a network of facilities located in the United States and Canada. This job requires a CDL Class A or B Route Driver to oversee the daily collection of waste tires for recycling with the assistance of helper(s). Job is first shift, Monday through Friday (some Saturdays if needed), full time, year-round on regular routes. In addition to the tire collections, the driver also functions as the main point of customer interaction and records all transactions in accordance with company standards. Job Responsibilities: • Safely operate a Liberty provided semi or straight truck for the collection, transportation, and delivery of inbound tires from customers. • Interacts with the customer onsite build and maintain good customer relations. • Completes all required reporting and DOT compliance activities. • The crew leader that will assist with loading. • Must be able to lift and load tires of all sizes (personal vehicle and truck) • Attend work regularly on the agreed to schedule and be fit for duty. • Follow all safety practices and policies: including traffic laws, dress code (including safety equipment like steel toed boots). • Compliance with all DOT standards including pre and post inspections, trip logs and documentation. • Act professionally and with integrity while on the job as a representative of Liberty Tire. • Bring any equipment or customer issues to the attention of dispatch immediately (e.g. customer complaints, handheld, vehicle, or incidents encountered on the road. • Attendance and Safety Bonuses Possible.
