No experience required -- we will train you. You will work alongside our amazing leadership team to maintain production quotas and meet the established goals ensuring quality control, and/or monitor the packaging and shipment of products. We are looking for motivated candidates with a positive can-do attitude. Learn a variety of different applications such as - how to print digital files, managing and running equipment, prepping orders, gift wrapping, packing, shipping, and everything in between. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The job duties for this role include but aren’t limited to the following: -Perform production tasks according to standard operating procedures -Coordinate with the leadership team to prioritize and schedule work orders to meet deadlines. -Attend job training related to production and machinery for professional growth and department flexibility. -Ensure that manufactured product meets our high expectations and clients' needs. -Stay up-to-date with production processes. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma/GED OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail Decisiveness and good judgment Organization and time management PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Must be able to stand for on average of 4+ hours at a time. Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs. This full-time position has scheduled hours of 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. Extended hours during "peak" times of the year and weekends can occasionally be required. Note: Successful candidates will have to pass a background test.
