Commercial Landscaping Enhancement Foreman We currently have an immediate opening for FULL TIME Commercial Landscape Enhancement Foreman in our Mesa office. We are looking for hard working individuals to grow with us! Our ideal candidates are committed individuals who are willing to work during all seasons are, dependable, and are looking for a career in the landscape industry. A valid Driver's License with clean driving record is required for this position. Some job requirements include: • Must be familiar with and able to operate dump truck, truck with trailer, backpack blower, tiller, chainsaw, hand pruners, pole pruners, gas powered shears, etc. • Install experience • You will oversee an Enhancement Crew. • Knowledge of landscaping construction techniques • Experience of equipment such as mowers, blowers, landscaping equipment and plant care. • Knowledge of enhancement installation, seasonal color, plant materials, etc. • Ability to work outdoors in any environment, walk for long periods of time, and lift objects of 50-80 lbs on a regular basis. • Use of Personal Protective Equipment is required while on all job sites. • Reliable transportation to work daily. • Preferred qualifications: • commercial Landscape Enhancement experience • 3 plus years of Foreman experience • Valid Driver's License with clean driving record Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance • Bi-Weekly Pay Experience: • Landscape Maintenance: 3 years (Preferred) • Enhancement: 3 years (Required) • Supervising: 3 years (Preferred) • License/Certification: • Driver's License (Required)
